If you are unhappy with our tea products, please contact us.

We grant store credits on a case-by-case basis.

The return policy requires that you to mail back (WITH A TRACKING NUMBER!) any products that you are exchanging or returning.

We NEED to receive our return package (AND A TRACKING NUMBER!) before granting any store credit or authorizing exchanges.

We want to make sure you are Happy, but still need to honor returns on a case-by-case basis.
